we do provide link to every product if you wish to buy via whatsapp, if you don’t have a whatsapp we can receive email at sales@amaboxly.com we will only require link of the product that you can get from address bar in your url browser.

for ready stock malaysia, it will require us 3 business days to fulfill the orders. 
for preorders all orders will be updated within 3-5 business days.

All orders must be completed within the next 2 hours after placing it in cart and checkout, after that 2 hours the products will be remove from your orders and cart if it’s no longer available.

all products from outlets might have skids , imperfections, colors fade and etc as the products is manufactured at 90% of craftsmanship. The products will tend to fade from time to time depends on humidity, care and other factors in that process. We do offer a full refund if you are unsatisfied with the products for the first time.

When you check your order under the products there is a status information regarding your orders, Unfulfilled means we have not start the process of your order yet, if it’s preorder, you have to check again within 3 -5 business days. if it’s ready stock items you can check within 3 business days.

in the cart you will see the notice if it’s preorder items , if it’s ready stock, there will be no notice. you can check your item and the amount 50% you will be paying today. then proceed to checkout and choose payment method. 


at the moment , the only payment method accepted for deposit 50% payment is FPX online bank transfer and this only available for Malaysia Currency.


the products only will be shipped when you complete the payment for deposit, generally you will receive a link for PAYMENT #2.

when your item arrived from USA , we will send a link for payment #2 inside your recent order – ( Click here if you are looking for it ) you must have an account with us to use this features, and account must be created by the same email address used when you checkout

you will click on pay button once you view your order , if you are unsure which one is for payment #2 , view the order or look for “Pending Deposit Payment”. 


once you are in payment page, please choose payment method FPX – Online Bank Transfer for payment #2. all other payment method won’t be accepted or cancelled if you choose the wrong one. and any fees will be charged to the customer.

 

SHIPPING

For Malaysia we use Pos Laju most of the time, for international we use multiple providers such as DHL, ARAMEX, FEDEX and etc.

If you have multiple orders, it will be in boxes. If it’s single orders with 1 or 2 items will be in parcel. For international we will be using boxes regulated by shipping company.

For Semenanjung Malaysia it will be free until further notice. For Sabah Sarawak there is fees. For International as well there is fees applicable
