Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged when you receive them. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Report the damage within 24 hours of delivery (3 hours for items above RM1,000) with your order details and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
