Items already listed in our shop use the shop ordering process and its displayed price and terms. A forwarding quote is a separate service; shop delivery offers do not automatically apply to a parcel you bought elsewhere.
How USA to Malaysia forwarding works
- Confirm your item and address. Sign in to My Account → Forwarding. Ask us to confirm the complete receiving address and whether the exact item can travel before paying a US retailer.
- Buy and declare your parcel. Use the confirmed address and suite code. Add the seller’s tracking number, courier, exact product name, variant, quantity and receipt in your forwarding account.
- Follow warehouse progress. The account shows the parcel status. Photos or notes are added when available. If several parcels have arrived, ask us whether they can be combined; confirm the resulting cost before proceeding.
- Review the quote and pay. Freight uses chargeable weight. Door delivery and any related charges are separate. We provide a payment link once the shipment is ready to proceed.
- Receive in Malaysia. Your account shows progress, with courier tracking when available. The usual forwarding journey from the US side to delivery is about 30 days, subject to scheduling, retailer delivery and customs. Confirm the estimate for your parcel.
What does shipping from the USA to Malaysia cost?
The current rate table and calculator use tiered USD rates. The published weight rate is USD 36 per kg at the 1 kg tier and USD 8.73 per kg at the 30 kg tier. The lowest per-kilogram tier does not apply to every parcel. Rates can change.
Chargeable weight is the higher of actual weight and dimensional weight. For dimensions in inches: length × width × height ÷ 166 gives pounds; multiply by 0.4536 for kilograms. The minimum is 1 kg. Between listed tiers, the next tier up applies: 4.1 kg uses the 5 kg tier.
Illustrative freight example: a 6 kg chargeable shipment uses USD 16 per kg, or USD 96 in freight. One-box Klang Valley door delivery adds RM 60 per address plus RM 15 per box: RM 75. These are separate currency amounts; convert the freight using the current customer rate. Product cost and any other applicable charges are additional. This is an example, not a shipment quote.
Outside Klang Valley, published door delivery is RM 90 per address plus RM 20 per box. Delivery stops at the lobby or ground floor. Confirm service availability and the full price for your exact postcode, including Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan.
A New Hampshire buying base, with Malaysian support

Know the full forwarding terms before you buy
Our public forwarding charges and terms cover purchase fees, delivery, returns, storage, cancellation and payment charges. Standard air freight packing has no additional packing charge. We do not promise free long-term storage or a free consolidation service.
Forwarding cover: Amaboxly does not sell freight insurance and the current forwarding terms do not provide loss or damage cover. You can arrange cover elsewhere. Glass, ceramics and liquids travel at your risk. Shop orders follow the separate shop returns policy.
Can every US product be shipped to Malaysia?
No. US export rules, Malaysian import restrictions and transport requirements can affect eligibility. Send the exact product link for review. Do not buy knives, multi-tools, batteries, liquids, medicines or other potentially restricted products on the assumption that forwarding is permitted. What if my Malaysian card is rejected?
A retailer may reject a payment or a forwarding address. We cannot guarantee retailer acceptance. Submit a Buy for me request so we can review the item and purchase options.
