No. RM 400 is the planning fee, one fee for the whole trip whatever the size of your group, and you pay it only when the plan is the trip you want and it beats online prices. Flights, hotels, tickets and transport are paid separately, and only after you approve them. Visas and travel insurance are not included.

No. Sending your trip request is free. You tick the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions, and we start planning. You pay the RM 400 planning fee only when you approve a plan that is the trip you want and beats the same trip booked online. You pay it at the usual Amaboxly checkout, before we book. Not the trip you want, or we cannot beat online prices? You pay nothing. When you do pay, the payment gateway processing fee shown at checkout is non-refundable.

Your first plan arrives the same working day when your complete brief reaches us before 12 noon Malaysia time, otherwise the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays. Up to three rounds of changes are included. Changing the destination, dates or number of travellers counts as a new brief.

We compare the same trip: same destinations and dates, same flights, cabin and baggage, same hotels, room type, breakfast and cancellation terms, and the same attraction tickets. We compare against prices anyone can book online, in Ringgit, taxes and fees included, at the time we send your plan. Member-only, corporate, package and cashback prices, and prices that have sold out, do not count. We compare the total for the trip items; the RM 400 planning fee is shown separately. If our total does not beat it, you pay nothing.

The RM 400 planning fee, plus the payment gateway processing fee for the payment method you choose. Today these are FPX Online Banking: RM 1.05; Card / FPX / e-Wallet / PayLater: 6.1% (RM 24.40 on RM 400); Debit & Credit Cards: 8.1% (RM 32.40 on RM 400). The payment page shows the exact total before you pay. The gateway fee is non-refundable.

Because the planning is free until you approve it. The terms ask one thing back: if you book the trip we planned, or most of it, yourself or through someone else within 30 days of our plan without paying the planning fee, the RM 400 becomes due. If you do not go ahead, or you book a different trip, you pay nothing.

Then you pay the RM 400 planning fee at the usual Amaboxly checkout, and we book the approved items and send you every confirmation. The flights, hotels and tickets themselves are paid separately: we tell you the exact amount and how to pay before anything is booked.

Yes, answer the halal questions in step 05. We look for halal-certified or Muslim-friendly food near each day's stops, prayer spaces along the route, and hotels that suit your needs. We always say whether a place is certified or only Muslim-friendly, so you can decide.

You can, and our price check shows you exactly what that would cost. If we cannot beat it, you pay nothing. What the RM 400 pays for, only when it is the trip you want, is the planning: the route that makes sense, the hotel in the right area, the tickets worth booking ahead, and the hours you get back. If you take our plan and book it, or most of it, yourself within 30 days, the fee is still due, as the terms say.

Not with your request. We only ask for them when you approve a booking that needs them, share them only with that airline or hotel, and never use them for anything else.
