Personal Shopper Malaysia: Buy For Me from USA

Amaboxly is a personal shopper for Malaysia customers who want help buying an accepted item from a US retailer. Our Buy For Me service means Amaboxly places and pays for the reviewed US retailer order on your behalf. Send the exact product link through your Forwarding account so we can review availability, eligibility and purchase details before you pay.

Service scope: this page covers US online purchases for delivery to Malaysia. It does not offer local Malaysian mall pickup or claim shopping coverage in the UK, Korea or neighboring countries.

Personal shopper Malaysia: choose who buys the US item

• Buy For Me — we buy for you: use this page when you want Amaboxly to place the retailer order after review. The assisted-purchase fee and separate product, delivery and freight charges are explained below.
• Parcel forwarding — you buy, we forward: if you place and pay for the US retailer order yourself, use our customer-purchased USA-to-Malaysia parcel forwarding service. There is no Amaboxly purchase fee for an order you place yourself.

Retailer acceptance is not guaranteed for either route. Confirm the complete receiving address, item eligibility and applicable charges before ordering.

How much is the assisted-purchase fee?

The current Amaboxly Buy for me assisted-purchase fee is USD 10 per website checkout. Product cost, US retailer delivery, international freight, Malaysia door delivery and other applicable charges are separate. If you buy the item yourself and send it to your confirmed suite, there is no Amaboxly purchase fee.

Purchase-fee examples: any number of items in one website checkout incurs USD 10. Separate website checkouts can each incur their own fee. Confirm how your retailer order will be placed before paying.

What to include in your request

1. Sign in to My Account → Forwarding.
2. Paste the exact US product URL and enter its real name, size, colour, quantity and store price.
3. Attach a cart or product-page screenshot. Include any promotion details, but do not assume a code is valid until the retailer confirms it.
4. Wait for Amaboxly to review availability, eligibility and the purchase details. Requests do not guarantee that a retailer will accept an order.
5. Review the payment request and applicable fees before proceeding. Follow the request and parcel status in your account.

What if the retailer rejects my Malaysian card?

A US retailer can impose payment, billing-address or forwarding-address restrictions. Assisted purchase gives us a way to review the purchase on your behalf; it does not guarantee that every retailer or product can be ordered. Send the link and any error message so we can check.

Does Buy for me mean tax-free delivery?

No. New Hampshire has no general sales tax, which can benefit eligible purchases delivered to the confirmed New Hampshire address. This is separate from freight, fees and any applicable Malaysian import charges. Read our tax-free US address explanation.

How long does delivery take?

The usual forwarding journey from the US side to delivery is about 30 days. Retailer processing, availability, scheduling and customs can affect the estimate. The purchase must first be accepted and delivered by the retailer. Ask for a parcel-specific estimate before ordering for an event.

Cancellation, returns and shipment cover

You can cancel a Buy for me request in your account while it is Submitted or Information needed. Once an item has been bought, the current cancellation charge is USD 35 per checkout. A return to the seller costs USD 5 per package plus the return label, subject to the seller’s acceptance. Forwarding loss and damage cover is not provided by Amaboxly; you can arrange insurance elsewhere. Read the complete forwarding terms.
