Shipping Information

Amaboxly buys authentic designer bags and accessories from US outlets and stores and delivers them to Malaysia and to customers worldwide. Every product page shows which of the three categories the item belongs to, and the estimated delivery date is shown on the product page, in the cart and at checkout.

Processing and Delivery Times

Ready Stock Malaysia: already in our Selangor stock. Orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered by Pos Laju in about 3 to 5 business days (5 to 7 days for Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan).
Ready Stock USA: already bought and held at our US location. Your item is air freighted via our Malaysia hub, cleared through customs and delivered to you, about 30 days from your order date.
Pre-Order: bought from the US store after you order. Estimated delivery is 30 calendar days from your order date. Pre-order items are paid with a 50% deposit at checkout; the balance is due when the item arrives in your country, and we send you the payment link by email and WhatsApp.

Peak seasons, US store delays and customs inspections can add a few days. The estimated date at checkout is our best estimate, not a guarantee.

Delivery Fees

Fees are shown at checkout before you pay. Current rates:

Peninsular Malaysia: free delivery by Pos Laju Malaysia, about 30 days.
Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: RM21 per item by Pos Laju Malaysia, about 30 days (Ready Stock Malaysia items: 5 to 7 days).
Singapore: RM170 per item by Pos Laju Malaysia, about 30 days.
Every other country: a live shipping quote per item at checkout (RM500 per item by FedEx International Priority when no live quote is available), about 30 days.
Optional FedEx Express: faster delivery in 3 to 5 business days for Malaysia and Singapore, USD 72 per item. Choose it in the Shipping step at checkout. If you order more than one item you can also ask for a bulk quote on WhatsApp at +1 (603) 440-9886.

International parcels are usually in transit for 1 to 5 working days after dispatch. We do not ship to Russia, Ukraine, Iran, Israel, North Korea or Yemen.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or delivery fees. We declare the accurate item value on customs forms as required by law.

Order Tracking

You can follow every item of your order on your account page: bought in the US, in transit, arrived, delivered. Once your parcel is handed to the courier you receive the tracking number by email and WhatsApp, and you can track it on the courier’s website (Pos Laju, FedEx). Guests can use the order tracking page with the order number and email.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your parcel appears lost or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +1 (603) 440-9886. We work directly with the couriers to resolve issues.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels returned or lost because of an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply if a correction is needed after dispatch.
