You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered (based on carrier tracking). Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.
  3. We will review your request within 1–2 business days and issue a Return Authorization (RA) if approved.
  4. Ship the item back using the address and instructions provided with your RA. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.
