01 Who is the seller?
Independent sellers
Unless a listing says “Sold by Amaboxly,” the item is offered by the named independent seller. Amaboxly operates the marketplace, reviews listings, handles complaints and controls payout release.
02 What is verified?
Look for the exact badge
Original Amaboxly Order & SKU Matched means the signed-in customer record, private billing proof, original order and SKU matched. Seller-Declared Authentic means Amaboxly has not verified the item’s origin or authenticity.
03 How does payment protection work?
Seller payout stays on hold
Amaboxly collects the buyer payment and deducts a 10% marketplace fee from the item price—not from delivery or tax and not as an extra buyer charge. The remaining seller proceeds are not eligible for manual release until the signed-in buyer confirms physical receipt. A problem report pauses release. This is not advertised as legal escrow.
04 What if an item is fake?
Zero-tolerance counterfeit policy
Amaboxly may remove the listing, cancel or refund the sale, withhold affected proceeds, recover documented direct costs, suspend the seller, preserve evidence and report suspected fraud where lawful. Statutory penalties are decided by authorities or courts—not Amaboxly.
