At Amaboxly, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every designer handbag we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered (based on carrier tracking). Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags, dust bags, and packaging included
- No signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or damage
- Accompanied by the original order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale items, clearance items, and items purchased with promotional discount codes
- Pre-order items (custom-ordered from US/Malaysia boutiques on your behalf)
- Personal shopper service orders
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] or WhatsApp +1 (603) 440-9886.
- Provide your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.
- We will review your request within 1–2 business days and issue a Return Authorization (RA) if approved.
- Ship the item back using the address and instructions provided with your RA. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Billplz, SenangPay, credit card, etc.).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional business days before funds appear in your account.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Authenticity Guarantee
Every item we sell is 100% authentic, sourced directly from US outlets, boutiques, and authorized retailers. If you have any doubt about authenticity, contact us within 7 days for a full investigation and money-back guarantee if proven inauthentic.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original for a refund (subject to return policy) and place a new order for the desired item.
