Amaboxly is a Malaysian personal shopper for authentic designer bags and accessories. We buy directly from US outlets and brand stores, bring the items to Malaysia ourselves and deliver them to your door, with the ringgit price shown up front.

Shopping and forwarding are separate services

Malaysia remains Amaboxly’s primary customer market. Customers can use three distinct routes: order an item already listed in the Amaboxly shop; request Buy for me when Amaboxly should place an eligible retailer order; or use customer-purchased USA-to-Malaysia parcel forwarding when they place and pay for the US retailer order themselves.

For customer-purchased forwarding, Amaboxly confirms the complete New Hampshire receiving address and suite code, receives an eligible parcel, records its warehouse progress and provides a separate shipment quote to Malaysia. The customer keeps responsibility for the retailer order, accurate declaration and receipt. Retailer acceptance, item eligibility, international freight, door delivery and applicable Malaysian import charges must be confirmed before purchase. Review the published forwarding fees and terms.

What we do

Most designer bags cost far more in Malaysia than they do at a US outlet. Amaboxly closes that gap. You choose the item, we buy it from the retailer in the United States, check it, ship it to our Selangor stock and send it on by Pos Laju. No hidden import charges, no waiting for a friend to fly home.

• Brands we buy: Coach, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Fossil, Tory Burch, Marc Jacobs, Tumi, Ralph Lauren and more on request.
• Where the stock comes from: official US outlet stores, brand boutiques and department stores, never grey-market or replica sources.
• Where we are: registered in Malaysia (Amaboxly Enterprise, SSM 202003003614 (003064642-U)) with a buying base in New Hampshire, USA (Amaboxly LLC), a state with no sales tax.

Three ways to buy

• Ready Stock Malaysia: already in our Selangor stock. Packed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered by Pos Laju in about 3 to 5 business days.
• Ready Stock USA: already bought and held at our US location. Air freighted to Malaysia, cleared through customs and delivered in about 30 days.
• Pre-Order: bought from the US store after you order. Delivery is about 30 days from your order date. You pay a 50% deposit at checkout and the balance when your item arrives in your country; we send the payment link by email and WhatsApp.

Authenticity

Every item is bought from the brand’s own retail channel, so it comes with the retailer’s tags, packaging and receipt trail. We check each piece before it ships. On product pages you will also see the retailer’s own customer rating for that style, with the source named, so you can compare before you buy.

Prices and payment

The price you see is the price you pay in ringgit. It already includes the US purchase, freight to Malaysia and customs clearance. You can pay by FPX online banking, card or instalments. Only the payment gateway fee is added at checkout, and it is shown before you confirm.

Delivery

• Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.
• Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: RM21 per item, 5 to 7 days.
• Singapore and 16 other countries have fixed rates at checkout; everywhere else ships by FedEx International Priority.

Every order has a tracking page, and each item shows its own progress: bought, in transit, arrived, delivered.

Returns

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged. Report it within 24 hours of delivery (within 3 hours for items above RM1,000) and we arrange the return and the refund. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Since 2019

Amaboxly started in 2019 as a small pre-order service for friends and has grown into a store that has processed over one million items for customers in Malaysia and abroad. We are a small team and we answer our own messages, in English or Malay, on WhatsApp, Telegram and email.
