Exchanges are available only where the unit is received with a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
A claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery and supported by an unbroken unboxing video together with photographs of the outer packaging.
Once the sealed box has been opened, the unit is no longer eligible for exchange or return. Change of mind, incorrect model or incorrect storage selected at checkout are not grounds for exchange.
Units confirmed defective are replaced with the identical model, finish and storage, subject to Apple United States availability.
