Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, including change of mind. Items returned for change of mind must be in new condition. A restocking fee of 10% of the total amount paid for the order applies, and return shipping and any other costs are paid by the customer. Damaged items must be reported immediately when you receive them, with photos of the item and packaging. Contact us with your order details before sending a return. We do not offer direct exchanges. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
