Check direct international shipping

Walmart’s international shipping help page, checked for this guide, lists Canada and Mexico. It describes eligible products and shipping and import fees shown at checkout. Its country list can change, so check the current selector before ordering. Do not assume Malaysia or every other country is supported.

If your item and destination qualify, compare that checkout total with a complete forwarding quote. Walmart’s direct-service benefits belong to that service; they do not automatically apply when a retailer delivers to an independent US forwarder.

Confirm the seller, variant and shipment

Save the exact listing link, seller name, model, colour or size, quantity, condition and receipt. Marketplace listings can have different terms. Ask the seller about the final packed weight and box dimensions if the item is large. Product dimensions alone can underestimate freight.

Before paying, ask Amaboxly to check the item, destination country and postcode. Mention batteries, liquids, aerosols, food, supplements or fragile contents explicitly. A listing being sold in the US does not establish that it can be imported or carried on your proposed route.

Use the confirmed US receiving address

Obtain Amaboxly’s complete receiving details and customer identifier before ordering. Enter them exactly. Keep your billing address consistent with your payment provider’s records. Ask Amaboxly about receiving hours and delivery instructions rather than copying another warehouse’s instructions.

Retailer acceptance is a separate decision. If your payment is rejected, review our payment and buying-assistance checklist. Do not repeatedly submit orders or assume buying assistance guarantees stock or acceptance.

Record every tracking number if the order is split. Follow the declaration instructions in My Account → Forwarding, with accurate contents and paid values.

Compare cost, timing and returns

Include the product price, retailer delivery, any confirmed purchase-assistance charge, international freight, local delivery, payment conversion and destination import charges. Ask which charges are included and which remain unconfirmed. New Hampshire has no general state sales tax; destination taxes remain separate.

Use Malaysia’s published charges only for that market. Other destinations need their own quote. Separate retailer dispatch, US delivery, warehouse processing, international transit, customs and final delivery when assessing timing.

Read the seller’s cancellation and return rules before ordering. Walmart’s cancellation guidance explains that cancellation availability depends on the order stage.
