Review the freight rate and all applicable related charges before shipping a customer-purchased parcel with Amaboxly. These are forwarding-service terms; orders from the Amaboxly shop follow the shop’s displayed terms.
Open the air freight calculator and rate table. The calculator is an estimate based on the size and weight you enter. Final measurements, your destination and services used determine the confirmed quote. Confirm whether any customs charges or payment-method charges apply.
How freight weight is calculated
We use the higher of scale weight and dimensional weight. Inches: length × width × height ÷ 166 = pounds; pounds × 0.4536 = kilograms. Minimum billing is 1 kg. A weight between two listed tiers uses the next tier up. Freight prices are in USD and converted using the current customer exchange rate.
The published customer exchange rate includes RM 0.10 added to the underlying USD/MYR spot rate, rounded to two decimal places. The rate can change. Check the current figure on the rate page and the rate used on your payment request.

The tables below use the same charge schedule as your Forwarding account. A charge applies only when that service or condition applies. Door delivery is additional to freight, and the listed service stops at the lobby or ground floor. Confirm the quote for your exact postcode.

Item checks and customs
Amaboxly may open a box when a check is needed. Prohibited items can be held and disposed of. US and Malaysia customs clearance is handled by Amaboxly, but you must provide an accurate declaration and receipt. Ask us to confirm eligibility and any applicable import charges before purchasing.
Insurance and fragile goods
Amaboxly does not sell freight insurance. You can arrange cover elsewhere. The current forwarding terms do not provide loss or damage cover; glass, ceramics and liquids travel at your risk. Loss or damage during customs inspection is outside our control. These forwarding terms are separate from the shop returns policy.
Unclaimed parcels and cancellation
A parcel arriving without the correct address format and left unclaimed for six months is disposed of. An unpaid shipment is disposed of three months after its invoice date. Parcels sent to your suite or collected by Amaboxly ship with Amaboxly; cancelling after collection or purchase can incur the listed charges. Contact us promptly if you need to change a request.
