How much is the assisted-purchase fee?
The current Amaboxly forwarding purchase fee is USD 5 per item, capped at USD 10 per checkout. Product cost, US retailer delivery, international freight, Malaysia door delivery and other applicable charges are separate. If you buy the item yourself and send it to your confirmed suite, there is no Amaboxly purchase fee.
Purchase-fee examples: one item incurs USD 5; two items in one checkout incur USD 10; three items in that same checkout remain capped at USD 10. Separate checkouts can each incur their own fee. Confirm how your retailer order will be placed before paying.
What to include in your request
- Sign in to My Account → Forwarding.
- Paste the exact US product URL and enter its real name, size, colour, quantity and store price.
- Attach a cart or product-page screenshot. Include any promotion details, but do not assume a code is valid until the retailer confirms it.
- Wait for Amaboxly to review availability, eligibility and the purchase details. Requests do not guarantee that a retailer will accept an order.
- Review the payment request and applicable fees before proceeding. Follow the request and parcel status in your account.
What if the retailer rejects my Malaysian card?
A US retailer can impose payment, billing-address or forwarding-address restrictions. Assisted purchase gives us a way to review the purchase on your behalf; it does not guarantee that every retailer or product can be ordered. Send the link and any error message so we can check.
Does Buy for me mean tax-free delivery?
No. New Hampshire has no general sales tax, which can benefit eligible purchases delivered to the confirmed New Hampshire address. This is separate from freight, fees and any applicable Malaysian import charges. Read our tax-free US address explanation.
How long does delivery take?
The usual forwarding journey from the US side to delivery is about 30 days. Retailer processing, availability, scheduling and customs can affect the estimate. The purchase must first be accepted and delivered by the retailer. Ask for a parcel-specific estimate before ordering for an event.
Cancellation, returns and shipment cover
You can cancel a Buy for me request in your account while it is Submitted or Information needed. Once an item has been bought, the current cancellation charge is USD 35 per checkout. A return to the seller costs USD 4 per package plus the return label, subject to the seller’s acceptance. Forwarding loss and damage cover is not provided by Amaboxly; you can arrange insurance elsewhere. Read the complete forwarding terms.

Use its product page and the shop checkout. The product’s displayed price, availability, payment choice and shop returns policy apply. Do not combine a shop quote with a separate forwarding quote when comparing your total.
