Item, retailer, carrier, postcode and destination eligibility are confirmed for each request.

Delivered, identified and dispatched are different

A retailer or domestic carrier marking a parcel delivered is one status. Matching that parcel to your forwarding request is another. International dispatch is a later step, with a different tracking reference. Keep these stages separate when checking progress.

Before ordering, get the full receiving address and any customer identifier from Amaboxly. After domestic delivery, keep the carrier’s tracking number, delivery date and available delivery evidence. Ask whether the incoming parcel has been identified against your request, rather than treating a delivered scan as proof that it has left the US.

A processing deadline, dashboard notification or automatic photo is not established by this guide. Ask Amaboxly how receipt is confirmed for your arrangement and when to follow up. Use the tracking and declaration guide to keep the US and international legs distinct.

Match each parcel to the items you bought

Prepare a parcel list with the store, order reference, tracking number, exact item description, quantity and paid value. Keep the order confirmation and invoice with that list. A single retail order can have several tracking numbers; several items may share one box.

For example, imagine an order for two bags and a wallet. One bag arrives in parcel A, while the second bag and wallet are still in parcel B. Parcel A’s delivered scan does not establish that the whole order arrived. Mark each expected item against its parcel and leave the outstanding shipment visible.

Check the retailer’s shipment details before assuming an item is missing. If an item has no assigned tracking number or its parcel is not identified, provide the relevant records and ask for clarification. Do not approve a combined dispatch using only the original order total.

Confirm the scope of any photo or item check

A photograph of a sealed outer box can help identify a label or visible damage. It does not establish the contents, model, colour, authenticity or function of every item inside. An item check is a separate request with a scope that needs agreement.

Ask Amaboxly whether photos, opening a parcel, a quantity check or another requested check are available, what they cover and what they cost. State the exact detail you need confirmed: a retailer’s style code, a colour label, the number of items or visible damage. Do not assume a standard check includes testing electronics or assessing authenticity.

In Stackry’s warehouse-arrival explanation, receipt, package identification and later shipping actions are separate stages. Its notifications, inspection and storage terms belong to Stackry. Confirm Amaboxly’s own arrangement rather than transferring a competitor’s inclusions to your quote.

Record discrepancies before international forwarding

If an available check reveals a mismatch, keep the order and invoice, domestic tracking and any supplied photos together. Describe the issue precisely: expected quantity two, observed quantity one; ordered brown, observed black; or visible damage on a named part of the item.

Ask what can be established from the available evidence and which next action is possible. A retailer claim, exchange or US return may need its own authorization, label and deadline. Do not change tracking records or invent a replacement value to make a discrepancy disappear.

Tell Amaboxly if you want the affected parcel held while the issue is reviewed, and confirm whether that request is possible and whether storage or handling charges apply. Review the forwarded-purchase returns guide and the retailer’s current deadline before waiting for other parcels.

Approve packaging and the complete cost

Decide which retail boxes, tags, accessories and gift packaging must stay. If repacking or consolidation is requested, confirm availability and charges before authorizing it. A smaller carton may reduce billable weight, while keeping several retail boxes can make the outgoing parcel larger.

Request the final packed dimensions, scale weight and confirmed billable weight used for the quote. Compare freight, packing, handling, any storage, final delivery and import or clearance costs. Identify what is included, additional or still unknown. Use the packing checklist and checked consolidation examples to compare options.

Confirm the contents and paid values used for the declaration, plus item, route and destination-postcode acceptance. New Hampshire’s lack of general state sales tax is separate from destination import charges. Amaboxly does not sell freight insurance; confirm shipment-risk terms before dispatching valuable or fragile items.

Keep a clear approval and tracking handoff

Before approving dispatch, confirm the parcels and items included, agreed packing instructions, destination address and postcode, complete quoted scope and any unresolved issue. Keep the written confirmation with the invoices and parcel list.

Ask how international dispatch and its tracking reference will be confirmed. Record which domestic parcels are included in that outgoing shipment. A label or tracking number alone should not be confused with an actual carrier movement; read the available tracking events for the correct leg.

Check the worldwide service and destination list for planning. Israel and Russia are excluded, and other destinations still need item, route and postcode approval. Malaysia uses its separate published rate sheet. This guide changes neither Malaysia prices nor the shipping calculator.
